By accessing or using SEO4AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SEO4AI provides SEO and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) analysis tools designed for websites built with Framer. The Service includes site scanning, report generation, AI visibility scoring, and optional AI-powered fixes via the Model Context Protocol (MCP).

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate and current information during registration.

4. Subscription and Billing

SEO4AI offers free and paid subscription tiers on a per-plugin basis. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. You may cancel at any time - access continues until the end of your billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack the Service
  • Overload or abuse the Service with automated requests beyond your plan limits
  • Share your account credentials with third parties
  • Use the Service to scrape, collect, or harvest data from third-party websites without authorization

6. Data and Privacy

We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to such processing. We scan publicly accessible URLs you provide and store scan results in your account.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by SEO4AI. You retain ownership of your website content. Scan reports generated by the Service are licensed to you for your use.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. SEO4AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
